生物发酵技术

   利用生物基因技术,即通过化学合成或者从初原料中提取香料,产生水果的自然味道及香味。这种技术对原有的化学合成技术是一次重大的超越,对于世界上的食品、香水及化妆产品生产来说,是令人振奋的。生物发酵能在低成本和环境污染少的条件下生产大量天然的化合物。由于生物发酵利用的基因来自自然界中的植物基因,因此最终得到的香料和香精化合物与植物产生香精和香料一样。香味工厂,利用传统的发酵技术能生产更加天然的香味复合物,而不是采用化学合成方法或是昂贵的提取程序。

Bioengineering Fermentation

   Flavor industry has traditionally relied on Chemical Synthesis and Natural Product Extraction produce flavors and fragrances. Our bioengineering fermentation technology produces high quality flavor and fragrance compounds by fermenting microbes containing gene clusters from fragrance-producing plants. This innovative technology enables us greatly reduces manufacturing cost and producing more “natural” flavors and fragrances.

超临界二氧化碳萃取技术

   该技术是现代化工分离的一项新型分离技术,二十年来国际上取得迅速发展的分离技术,在食品、香料、药物、化工等领域有着广泛的应用前景,尤其符合在香料领域生产接近天然香精香料的潮流,可以调配出近乎天然的香料而倍受人们关注,已成为获得高品质精油产品的有效的工艺之一。
   超临界流体是指热力学状态处于临界点以上的液体,它具有独特的物理化学性质,其密度接近于液体,粘度接近于气体,具有扩散系数大、粘度小、介电常数大的特点。各种天然香料由于具有独特、自然、舒适的香气和香韵,其加工分离技术强调保留各种天然香料成分,尽量减少加工过程中对其香气成分破坏和微量成分丢失。以二氧化碳为溶剂的超临界二氧化碳萃取过程可提供惰性环境,避免产物氧化,不影响萃取物的有效成分可萃取部分的底香成分,产品留香时间长;具有萃取速度快,无毒、无味、无腐蚀、不燃烧、使用安全;萃取物中无溶剂残留,不会带入重金属离子、不污染环境等特点。超临界二氧化碳萃取特别适用不稳定天然产物的萃取分离,可以生产近乎真正的“绿色”产品,它与传统的水蒸气和低沸点的苯、乙醇、二氧甲烷有机溶剂萃取分离相比,具有显著的特点。

Supercritical CO2 Extraction Technology

   This technology is a novel separation technology in modern chemical engineering field.  It has developed quickly over the last two decades and has a broad application in food, flavors, medicine and chemical industry.  It is especially useful in obtaining flavors and spices close to their natural existence and thus has become one of the most efficient techniques used for high quality essence oils. 
   Supercritical liquid is thermodynamically above its critical point so that it has some special physical characters.  Its density is near liquid but the viscosity is close to gas phase, therefore, it has high diffusion coefficient, low viscosity and high dielectric constant. Supercritical CO2 extraction technology uses CO2 as solvent to provide inert environment, avoiding product oxidation, so that the extraction process does not affect the active ingredients, giving longer shelf lives to the final products. This technique is also fast in speed, harmless, odorless, non-flammable, and safe to use. The extract will not have residual solvent and will not be contaminated by heavy metal ions or any other pollutant.   Supercritical CO2 extraction technology is especially useful for unstable natural product separation and produces perfect “green” products.  In a word, it offers great advantages over traditional steam or low boiling point organic solvent extraction, e.g., benzene, ethanol or dichloride methane.
